"Traditionally" the bride purchases the groom's ring and vice versa, and I had a budget of $500...but preferably the $200 for a ring we saw on Blue Nile. I have a 18K e-ring, and my FH assumed he'd also wear a white gold ring.
Well, gold is more expensive than most metals. It just is. But...there are SO many metals out there priced well. FH picked a darker brushed titanium ring for.....$95!! It's more masculine, not shiny, lightweight, and harder than gold. He won't need it to be re-dipped or whatever.
However, titanium needs a special engraving pen and can't be resized for free like gold can. It's too strong - so if FH does gain weight he'll have to send it back and receive a new one in a different size. While there are caveats, we're so excited to have found his ring! We also picked up my ring - a half eternity diamond ring - about 1/6 carats or so...way more than $95 :/
Thanks to a good friend I got to know the game Vampire Survivors. This game has simple but extremely addictive gameplay and is suitable for all ages
